Our first customers were friends and family who trusted us before we had a website, a logo, or a single Google review. We still operate that way. Every homeowner we work with gets the same care we’d give a friend or family member who called us for help.

Farias Contracting is co-owned by longtime partners who built this business from the ground up. What started as a natural extension of our commercial construction work has grown into a full residential roofing and exterior company serving homeowners across the St. Louis metro.

Not at all. A lot of homeowners come to us after receiving their initial ACV payment. There may still be recoverable depreciation available to you. Share your documents with us, and we’ll take a look.
